Ubteo is a new age American Real Estate Market Tech Company that has already made inroads to the core of the real estate market that means "End Buyer". Ubteo allows you to list your home with all the legal documents, inspection docs, photographs without any hassle and to get qualified pre-approved buyer leads. There is no 6% commission to pay to the agents on Ubteo. Ubteo totally automates the property buying and selling process and it has operational value for not only buyers and sellers but also for loan providers, property inspectors, property photographers and much much more.
Agicent built Ubteo's mobile apps, backend, Algorithms and web portals from the scratch and right now working on applying AI capabilities for better property search, better buyer's leads, and quicker closings.
The App Opportunity & Solution
The owner of Ubteo Inc, is Agicent's long term customer from 2017. We've build some amazing products in the field of healthcare and real estate before but in 2022 we decided to work together to create an App ecosystem that can take the hassle and manuel efforts out of the whole Real Estate Ecosystem and seeing its success and increasing usage by the end customers - we find ourselves achieving what we thought of.
Agicent understood the concept from the scratch, researched the real estate market to its deepest level and thanks to the Ubteo's owner Mr. Ali who has been a leading name in Michigan's property market for the last 2 decades - we had a great head start. We started by creating a scalable architecture that can support continuous development, enhancements, and delivery. We then created high-quality front-end apps for iOS and Android and backend and Web portals for all the user types.
The current Ubteo app is built using Swift, Xcode for iOS, and Kotlin and Android Studio for Android. For web apps, we used React.js. For the backend, we used node.js and mysql for databases, with AWS in the back. We also created a powerful App admin console for the client to manage the app, users, transactions, pull reports and records, take action on flag reports, and handle all the business in one place.
