You can be a micro startup with one or two people on board with just an idea in head or a 10 people one bigger one. You just should have a “startup” name and preferably a web domain name as well. This is to prove that you are “genuinely” an existing startup or a budding one.
We come across many startups with an app idea almost every day and figured out that many of them with good app idea just don’t take off because they spend so much time in finding a low cost designer or developer and by the time they are ready to launch someone else has done it already.
